Marino Update!

Wow! It's been forever since I've done this! But I've seen a friend updating her blog via a phone app and so I discovered the awesomeness and convenience of the mobile blog world!
Oh we have been so incredibly busy the last few months. I recently graduated from massage therapy school (whoop whoop!) and landed this awesome job at Perfect Touch Day Spa in Fort Worth. I was very blessed to get such a wonderful job so fast.. Needless to say it's hard to get used to working again! Louie is still busy with his normal busy schedule at Ball and making sure those cans look amazing. :) and in his free time he is still trying to break the mold with his writing skills with Lore and always feeding his passion for music. We strive to never be stagnant which seems to be the cause of this crazy life.. We wouldn't have it any other way. :)
Maddox is of course on board with us and all the exciting changes. He is doing great with the new schedule and enjoying every moment of being three! We have him in a music class right now called "Little Mozart's" it's an amazing class that prepares young kids for reading music and working with beats and rhythms. They also teach them about different composers. We have been going for almost two months and he is LOVING it! He also is eating up the kid interaction. I never realized he craved it so much. He is the only boy but he plays so well with the whole class and actually participates in everything. We are hoping when he turns four we can start piano class too!

Even with our busy schedules we have managed to fit some fun in(of course!) We went fishing for the first time and Madds loved it! And actually is pretty well at casting! Of course his cousins Trey and Major went so he annoyed them the whole time. Love them!
We also became "knights" when we went to visit Medieval Times! He was so amused the whole time and was so excited when our knight won! He then had to meet all the knights afterwards. It was so much fun and we were so excited to have some fun as a family!

He was exhausted from all the excitement.

Needless to say life is great and it's such a good feeling to be able to focus on the truly wonderful things!! I love my boys!

Hope to post again soon!!

Catch up..

Well, what can I say LIFE IS GREAT! I am married to the man of dreams and my high school sweetheart! That is if I had not been home schooled. Hehe We are blessed beyond our dreams with a handsome and smart little boy, Maddox! He will be three years old at the end of November! His personality is really shining through these days! And we are loving every minute. He is currently into race cars or hot wheels, dinosaurs and loves to learn! Thank God! We consume most of our time catching up on the latest literature gossip whether that is what I am insisting Louie read because I thought it was amazing. What a great hubby. Or if not that we are usually talking about the lasted plot curve in the novel "Lore" that Louie is writing. He is an amazing writer and I can't wait to see his book on the shelves one day! Louie and I love to learn something new everyday and always strive to be open minded. We love to discuss what our future dream house will be and all the different goals we are excited about achieving. I love the fact that I still enjoy talking with my wonderful husband until the wee hours of the morning. I think this year especially has changed our relationship, and I have truly fallen for him all over again. You really learn throughout life that family is everything. We are so thankful for all the good times we have with each of ours. We are also so lucky we get to spend lots of time with our nephews. They are amazing and we are so proud of them and love to be apart of their lives. It's truly a gift to watch someone grow and change and see their passions bloom. Grandparents have always played a large role Madd's life and we are grateful that we have some pretty cool ones! We always learn something from each of them. Watching Lito defeat his battle with cancer has really changed our lives. He is such a wonderful man and to see God work in him especially in this last victory I'm sure has changed many lives. Way to kick some cancer BUTT Lito!!! He would love that..

Anyways I hope to keep this blog updated even though it is full of pointless information it was fun and somewhat relaxing. We hope to have lots of adventures this summer and really enjoy the season even if it's with our SPF 50 in hand. I know that as long as I have my little fam. I am gonna rock it out!

Peace out to the World!
